    This is a critical role providing assistance and support to the Enrollment and Credentialing Manager in timely completion of carrier, provider, federal and state enrollment forms.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Execute licensure and credentialing processes for new and existing providers including, but not limited to obtaining or requesting required documentation from various third-party sources and regular communication with appropriate state board representatives.
    • Source and maintain up-to-date information regarding all new and existing state and federal requirements as they pertain to professional licensing and credentialing requirements, processes, schedules, etc.
    • Report licensure and credentialing expiration dates and renewal requirements to the providers as well as the appropriate members
    • Maintains a matrix of enrollment activity including provider numbers
    • Maintains a roster of providers which includes pertinent information for enrollment
    • Completes with accuracy forms and attachments to submit to carriers on an individual or organizational level
    • Follows up with completion on the carrier level of the enrollments
    • Successfully completes on-line updates including CAQH, NPI and other requirements as stated by carrier; follow up with carrier on status of same

    Minimum Education and Experience

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • High School education required
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Must possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent phone skills required
    • Excellent analytical skills required
    • Must be able to work quickly and accurately
    • Must possess the ability to multitask
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people
    • Skill in organizing and establishing priorities
    • Must be detail-oriented and well organized
    • Demonstrated personal computer skills using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
    • Ability to work additional hours on a regular basis, including nights and weekends
    • None to minimal travel required
