  • Position Summary

    We have an exciting opportunity leading brand management for our growing Urgent Care segment, Five Star Urgent Care. 


    The Brand Manager role will assist in the development and evolution of the brand’s strategy, messaging, and creative development/execution, as well as lead in the creation of holistic communications plans across all consumer touch points.  Responsible for the support planning, for existing and new facilities, to create awareness and drive patient demand for this growing, entrepreneurial medical care business.  Role includes support for each business entity:  Urgent Care (to the greatest degree), Occupational Medicine, and 247 Online Care (telemedicine platform). 


    • Support manager in driving awareness and patient demand by development of innovative brand strategies, plans and execution across all consumer touch points.
    • Help develop and execute creative campaigns across strategically planned marketing mediums ensuring excellence in delivery.  Primary channels include:  Digital/Website, Social, TV, Radio, Print, Out of Home, CRM and Direct Marketing.
    • Acts as brand steward, ensuring brand strategy, ID, voice and messaging is consistent and best-in-class across all internal and external executions.
    • Manage day-to-day brand and creative agency planning and execution—coordinating timelines, project lists, status reports and communication between team/agencies.
    • Manage marketing element of New Office Openings:  ensure optimal and correct signage in place (includes window, bow flags, stake signs, etc.) and marketing support calendar planned and executed.
    • Lead implementation of programs and initiatives through cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Clinical, Legal, Community Outreach, and others.
    • Foster consistent measurement and robust analysis to track, and continuously improve, effectiveness and ROI.  Identify industry, competitive and consumer trends to provide actionable insights for brand development.
    • Develop marketing materials and collateral.
    • Manages brand marketing budget and expenses, facilitates payment of vendor invoices, and prepares appropriate paperwork for vendor setup.

    Minimum Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred

    • 3 to 5 years of demonstrated brand marketing experience.  Healthcare and/or CPG background a plus
    • Experience working closely with agencies and driving them to produce outstanding results
    • Strategic thinker with developed analytical and problem solving skills to translate findings into actionable insights
    • Experience in developing creative campaigns
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
    • Ability to multi-task with very strong project management skills
    • Flexibility and versatility in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
    • Skill in organizing and establishing priorities.

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Occasional travel required
