    We are looking for a BC/BE physician in Occupational Medicine to drive our growing Occupational Medicine division.  In this position, you will play a key role in our continued growth, the services we provide, and building client and patient relationships. 

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for providing Occupational Medicine oversight to clinical providers
    • Meet business, operational and quality care objective
    • Use evidence-based best practices to develop and educate strong clinical teams
    • Set operational and clinical policies and protocols
    • Lead programs for continuous quality improvement
    • Developing strong, long-term client relationships
    • Providing direct patient care

    Minimum Education and Experience

    • Demonstrated ability in Occupational Medicine and a customer centric focus
    • Highly collaborative leader that takes pride and ownership in developing best-in-class teams
    • Computer proficient and EMR skills required
    • Able to work well in a team environment
    • Strong “crucial conversation” skills

    Education:

    • MD or DO

     

    Required License or Certification:

    • MD or DO licensed in the state of NY
    • Board certification in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine is optimal
    • Licensed in the state of practice
