As reflection or our continued growth we have an opportunity to join our team as a Regional Account Manager.
This is a key role in the organization and is responsible for seeking out new business opportunities for organization by developing, coordinating and implementing marketing and sales plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities. The Regional Account Manager will identify new business opportunities by securing, managing, growing, and maintaining business relationships with local, regional and national employer accounts leading to new revenue growth and expanded market share. The Regional Sales Manager is tasked with meeting sales objectives in accordance with Five Star Urgent Care policies, practices, procedures, and applicable regulations. While planning and executing a coordinated sales effort in the assigned territory, the regional sales manager will prioritize efforts and target employers seeking occupational health services.
Bachelor's Degree or significant related work experience with at least 3 to 5 years of demonstrated sales and business development experience preferably in an Occupational or Employee health related field
